By accessing the website at www.thehomeworker.com (“the site”) or by otherwise accessing any content found on the site or by using any digital application edition of The Homeworker, you are entering into an agreement with The Homeworker and agree to the terms that follow (the “Terms”). The Site is owned and operated by Louise Edmondson.

Purchasing a product listed on this website constitutes that you accept and are bound by the terms of this agreement.

Any data Louise Edmondson, hereby referred to as The Homeworker, may collect about you while using The Homeworker services shall be dealt with in accordance with The Homeworker Privacy Policy. 

By using The Homeworker services and content, you agree that you will only use them for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, adapt, alter or create a derivative work except with explicit prior written permission.

We retain copyright over the product, which is protected by international copyright laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or purchasing copyrighted material.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

The magazine and its contents are offered for informational purposes only; the information contained in the magazine is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. This magazine shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the document, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

We we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the magazine or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the magazine, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

loss of income or revenue;
loss of business;
loss of profits or contracts;
loss of anticipated savings;

loss of goodwill;

Subscriptions are for a minimum 12-month term. 

Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Send Owl, an e-commerce platform based in the UK.

You will be notified by email every time a new magazine issue is available during your subscription term. Your magazine will be delivered via a download link which will also be emailed to you.

We will not be responsible for any failure of delivery of your product if you have supplied an incorrect email address.

Your subscription term will roll over each year on the date that you set up the payment until such time that you cancel your subscription. We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders and subscriptions:

In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;

If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card.

 Delivery & Supply

The digital magazine will be delivered to you via a download link which will also be emailed to you.

We aim to ship physical goods within two business days. These will be posted out by Royal Mail second class or with International shipping or equivalent. Delivery will be subject to the time frames offered by the postal service.

If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. 

The Homeworker will not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance or interruption of the delivery of The Homeworker content that may result directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its or their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes or natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, or governmental restrictions.

By submitting your details, you certify that you are not using anyone else’s name, email address or payment details.

The Homeworker may, in its discretion, change these Terms (including those that relate to your use of the Site, Digital Applications and/or The Homeworker Content). Whenever the Terms are changed, we will publish the updates on our website.
